The world No. 10 Radwanska handled Estonian Kaia Kanepi 6-2, 6-4 on the indoor hardcourts at Intersport Arena.
Radwanska was joined in the quarterfinals by eighth-seeded Frenchwoman Alize Cornet, who took care of Russian Maria Kirilenko 1-6, 6-2, 6-1.
In opening-round action on Day 3, seventh-seeded Italian Flavia Pennetta pasted struggling Hungarian Agnes Szavay 6-1, 6-2, Czech qualifier Petra Kvitova clocked Austrian wild card Tamira Paszek 6-3, 6-3 and Austrian crowd favorite Sybille Bammer topped Italian Francesca Schiavone 7-5, 6-3. Pennetta was last week's Zurich runner-up to Wimbledon champion Venus Williams.
On Thursday, top-seeded Serb Ana Ivanovic will meet Bammer in a second-round affair. Ivanovic is the reigning French Open champion and Australian Open runner-up.
The 2008 Linz champion will pocket $95,500.
