Rays activate P Reyes from DL

05/14/2008 - St. Petersburg, FL (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - The Tampa Bay Rays activated right- handed pitcher Al Reyes from the 15-day disabled list Wednesday.

Tampa originally placed Reyes on the 15-day disabled list on April 19 due to an impinged right shoulder.

The 38-year-old was 1-2 with a 9.00 earned-run average in seven games before the setback.

In a corresponding move, right-handed hurler Scott Dohmann was designated for assignment. Dohmann was 2-0 with a 6.14 ERA in 12 appearances. In his first season with Tampa in 2007, the 30-year-old was a respectable 3-0 with a 3.31 ERA in 31 games.
